I can’t break away from the water… I was completely “stuck” in my previous painting, so there was no question whether I would continue working on the subject. I really want to convey the feeling when we let go of everything that doesn’t serve us, let go of anything that hinders us from bringing new things into our life and creating new ones instead. According to ancient tradition, a moon bath taken at full moon, on the night of release, contributes to the cleansing of emotional blocks that prevent us from using our spiritual abilities and intuition. I want to help to achieve this spiritual detoxification with this picture. I hope this painting finds a new owner soon and brings reassurance to him/her not just at full moon.
