Original artwork description:

This is an Oil Pastel view of Wu-Shr Harbour drawn “en plein air” in Yilan, Taiwan. It was one of those special days when the daylight colours seemed to linger longer in the sky as night slowly took over. This is a twilight drawing of the lights surrounding the port and fishing boats reflecting across the water. As I was drawing this picture in the fading daylight there was an early evening mist floating in from the Pacific Ocean across the port making parts of the scene and atmosphere change in and out of focus.
A note to International Buyers:
Shipping rates have increased in price all around the world due to Covid and other complications. Due to this I have had to increase the the cost of shipping my artworks in line with the Delivery Companies. I will always strive to find the cheapest possible option for the customer (usually my local POST OFFICE EMS Recorded Delivery, but unfortunately they don’t deliver to every country at the moment) If the amount of shipping charged at purchase is less than the shipping company charges then I will refund the difference to the customer. This refund will be done after the picture has arrived safely and has been accepted.
Any import duties, taxes and charges that may be payable are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please message me to check if this might affect your purchase.
