Artwork description:

Made on the Island of Mainland Orkney off the north coast of Scotland near the Ring of Brodgar, standing stones from over 5000 years ago. The pools of water near the stones are filled with beautiful reeds and wildlife, glimmering water reflecting a September sky. From the sheep on the land, Orcadians weave beautiful tweed fabrics in the colours of the landscape. The warm rust and mauve colours of early morning create a calm relaxing feel to this image.

The canvas is signed, titled and numbered on the front. It has a 2 inch white border for the framer to use to stretch around the frame.

This listing is for the unframed version printed on canvas.
I photograph and print every image, I do not outsource any part of my workflow. Each canvas has been painstakingly crafted to ensure the true colours, resolution and texture are exactly as they should be.
