*BACK CATALOGUE ALERT*

This is one of the pieces from my Degree Show Exhibition... 20yrs ago!

A painting from the 'Pinhole Painting Series' which formed the theme for my degree show. I painted images taken from hundreds of pinhole photographs and took inspiration from the dramatic foreshortening and flat focus that is delivered by this form of photography. I looked for images that demonstrated interesting composition, colour and elements of abstraction.

Often these images were difficult to work out and objects in the foreground are vastly exaggerated so this image of what looks like a giant piece of pineapple, is actually me resting my nose on the top of a fence post... bet you wouldn't have guessed that!

This is a unique chance to buy something from my back catalogue and build your collection with an investment!

Painted in oil on canvas and stretched on a handmade stretcher frame (so it's not 100% square or flat, but looks fine on the wall) Or this piece could be framed for added impact. Due to the age of this piece there are a few small blemishes and cracks in some areas of the image but these are not noticeable unless up really close.

Materials used:

Oil Paint on Canvas
