Also for these works we can speak of conceptual realism.
A realistic portrait is meant to express a broader concept.
People are portrayed with their faces partially covered by their hands: perhaps to hide from someone? Or not to see? Or to reveal itself?
Sometimes we hide only to make others look harder for us.
To understand if the other person is really interested in looking inside of us.
