Original artwork description:

This piece is another portrait of the same Baby Asian Elephant walking away from me. It is called Laters! as that is a way of saying goodbye as the Elephant walks away. After doing the previous more detailed portrait I wanted to do a more basic line drawing of this beautiful animal. I was very fortunate to be able to spend a few days observing, interacting with and drawing the Elephants at the Elephant Safari Park in Taro, Bali during a visit with my wife. I made many sketches of these majestic animals in different positions and used these sketches to create this larger Charcoal drawing on my return to my studio in Taipei City, Taiwan.
A note to International Buyers:
Shipping rates have increased in price all around the world due to Covid and other complications. Due to this I have had to increase the the cost of shipping my artworks in line with the Delivery Companies. I will always strive to find the cheapest possible option for the customer (usually my local POST OFFICE EMS Recorded Delivery, but unfortunately they don’t deliver worldwide at the moment) If the amount of shipping charged at purchase is less than the shipping company charges then I will refund the difference to the customer. This refund will be done after the picture has arrived safely and has been accepted.
Any import duties, taxes and charges that may be payable are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please message me to check if this might affect your purchase.
