Original artwork description:

I painted this juicy orange on a branch back in winter. In general, I like to paint pictures with yellow flowers and fruits in winter. I miss the sun.
Everyone says that citrus fruits are good to eat. There is a lot of vitamin C.
But I think they are beneficial to look at. When I see photographs or paintings of lemons or oranges, I can smell their aroma, their rough skin. It’s as if I’m holding a natural fruit in my hands.
And the mood soars up what I wish you to!
There is a great decorating trick. It has been used for a long time, but not everyone knows about it. Here it is.
You can arrange any small picture on a large passe-partout. The painting only benefits from this. And observe a small rule: the more comprehensive the mat, the narrower the frame is.
During the shipment, the painting will be framed in a shipping sheet and tracing paper. This operation will protect the pastel layer from accidental damage.

IMPORTANT!
Pastel is a lovely and durable material.
But there are features for its proper storage. It is imperative to arrange the paintings in a baguette and a cardboard mat.
Passepartout is needed so that the paint layer does not come into contact with the glass.
To not damage the pastel painting during transportation to the buyer, I make out the image in a cardboard transport passport, 2 mm thick. And I cover the image itself with tracing paper.

Materials used:

pastel crayons, pastel paper, pastel pencils
