Artwork description:

Hebridean Blue - the beautiful teal blue waters of The Minch, the stretch of water that lies between the top end of the Isle of Skye and the Isles of Harris and Lewis. On a beautiful, clear day the outline of the mountains on the Outer Hebrides is sharp on the horizon with the tiny bird sanctuary islands of Gearann in front.

This image is also available as a fine art print on paper in various sizes. If you don't see the size you are looking for or if you would like to see a mock up of a room with colours of your own home then just drop me a line.
Signed on the back and provided with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.

I photograph and print every image, I do not outsource any part of my workflow. Each canvas has been painstakingly crafted to ensure the true colours, resolution and texture are exactly as they should be.

For these special small editions of my work I use Canson® Infinity Museum ProCanvas. This fabulous 100% cotton canvas has been designed "for professionals producing true Fine Art Reproductions that require precision images with a very high resolution".

Canson are one of the oldest paper manufacturers in the world, they have been making paper and canvas for over 450 years in France. Founded in 1557 and printers to Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, Canson has the choice of many famous artists such as Picasso, Ingres, Chagal and Miro to name but a few. Canson are Eco Friendly - they purchase paper pulp only from forests managed in a sustainable way which also makes them pretty special.

By using beautiful Canson Museum ProCanvas combining it with the fabulous non-fade Epson Ultrachrome K3 with Vivid Magenta inkset of 9 colours, I can produce a print of exceptional quality which will last a lifetime without fading.

Due to size this canvas is unmounted and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy art tube to ensure safe delivery.
