An angel kisses her neck ... his arms support and lift this woman towards him, away from the earth.
Her tumbling hair mimics his wing and the desire in her mind is illustrated by the glowing embers of firing orange, red and russet cupped by her fingers of her right hand. Meanwhile her left hand toys with his hair ...

Hair and Feathers / Heaven and Earth / Man and Woman / Light and Dark / Yin and Yang

He is bright and forceful, zooming in; she is darker, warmer, curvaceous, facing back towards the earth yet her body is delighting in his embrace and moving close to him. The grass is just letting go of her foot; she is heaven bound.

From my series painted on *Khadi paper, I wanted to show off the lovely colour of the paper so that forms the basic background colour with a palette of white, brown/black/russet watercolour.

Please note that the photographs showing the "framed" painting are Computer Generated Images to give an idea of how it might appear framed, with the image "floated" to show off the pretty deckled edge of the paper (showing a deep mount/matt, around the edge of the painting) - this is just an idea & personal preference - it could of course also be framed with the mount covering the edge of the image.

Available unframed, wrapped in acid-free tissue, packed flat in lightweight foam-core and sent promptly by a reputable courier overseas (or Royal Mail to UK) by Tracked Delivery.

*Khadi handmade cotton rag paper from India is a medium weight 210 gsm paper with a pretty deckled edge
