painted on Frisk wooden canvas panels, ready to hang.

INSPIRATION
I took initial inspiration from Picasso. I had painted a Picasso style painting previously which has now sold, and really enjoyed getting to the heart of Picasso's work.

There are two paintings in this new series. I aimed to go a step further this time, and not use any Picasso references but simply do my own thing. I'm really pleased with the results.

I'm listing these two paintings individually but they do make a good pairing when hung together.

• MEDIUM: Professional quality oil paint is built in many layers applied with brush and pallet knife. Finished with Windsor and Newton varnish for protection.
