Artist's description:

This piece was created on paper using acrylic paint. It is part of an ongoing series showcasing participants in the Gay Rodeo festival/competitions that take place in the United States. This is part of my larger series where I look into the roles that masculinity and femininity play within our society in the 21st century, as translated through figurative and portrait painting. It will be on display at Artwork Network through the month of June.
