Original artwork description:

A blue day at the sea can be a metaphor for inner feelings and emotions.... I love the beautiful traces and marks that come from the mixed media watercolor technique on this little canvas... like a little gem.

This is an older work ("Wave") from 2018 overpainted. Overpainting is something I love to do when my work has developed itself further and the overpainting process often makes a work more interesting with all the old layers shining through and building interesting texture. Just like life, new experiences and old experiences work together well for something new.

20x20x3 cm, watercolor, gouache, gold pigments on gallery wrapped canvas, sides painted with beautiful painting process traces, hook on the back. Signed on the back and Certificate of Authenticity. The painting is dark blue.

23x23x4 cm framed with shown white wooden floating frame.

Comes framed, the frame shown is just an example what it could look like. The frame has been used in exhibitions so has a few marks here and there, that´s why it comes free. If you want the same frame in a brandnew version, we have to work out the higher price for it.

If you don´t like it, you can easily take it off or I send it unframed.
