...When I woke up, there was no one around. Well, there is no need to rant, there were no people absolutely nowhere. It felt like I was alone in this insatiable building. It's walls are constantly looking at me, and it seems to me it has swallowed up all the living. I decided to go out into the garden and see if anyone was there, but I stopped at the front door. Everything looks so old, musty and disgusting, as if many years have passed. A lot of years...Stop! I remembered that last time everything here was fascinating and incredible, I even thought about the money spent and the huge work. Yes, it certainly was, and now I doubt it's real. It's a tall tale. No, the mattress, though visually shabby, has saved its softness, and the water is cold because of the concrete floor, despite the warm season. It's incredible, but I am gripped by fear. Fear of what I saw, fear of loneliness, and most importantly- the fear of the unknown, I am scientist, but all of this doesn't fit in my head at all, I absolutely don't know how these things are possible. Perhaps, is worth cross through it and explore the district, perhaps I will be able to know a little more there, either meet someone, after all there is always a chance...
