A contemporary landscape painting. This was based on a few photos I took in some fields just minutes from my house. It was a warm late summer evening. The shadow areas and sunny areas formed stripes across the fields. Simplicity, but still nature at its most beautiful. As a painting, I have interpreted my photos in a bold colour statement, focusing on the cool of blues against warm yellowy oranges.
This is painted in acrylic on canvas. It comes ready to hang.
