Original artwork description:
This is a painting from 2012 and the inspiration for this work comes from my father's mountain village high up in the Greek alps. There is a hidden gorge below the village where nature is untouched and I tried to convey my feelings about this place in the painting.
The painting is mounted on a professional wooden frame/stretcher that can regulate the tension. When shipped normally I will unframe it and send it rolled in a tube together with the parts of the frame. The frame is then easily reassembled and the painting has to be restretched.
If you wish to have it shipped as it is it will have to go in a box and the price of transport will go up. In this case, we will try to find the best price for transport.
Materials used:
Top artist acrylic paints (Lascaux/Switzerland, Golden/USA, Old Holland (Netherlands). Painted on best quality linen canvas.
