This image is part of a series of abstract artworks. My intention is to explore shape, colour and movement of organic forms in context by manipulating and layering copper plates. I use a sense of place in nature to inspire me.

Method used is etching on copper plates using sugar lift and spit bite aquatint methods.

Materials used - oil based printing ink and Somerset Satin paper.
