Light, water, sky and sand. Blue, green, mauve and silver. The colours of the Isle of Harris as the tide rolls out. Here is a place to stop and breath deeply as the crystal clear air and sound of the sea cleanse and refresh the soul. This is a single image made in the camera using subtle movements as I take the picture. As I make these abstract landscapes I have an idea of how the image should look but each time the results are exciting and new.

STUDIO CLEARANCE - note this beautiful canvas has a small mark on the white canvas border that is around the image. The image itself is perfect. If float framed the small mark will not be seen or it could be repaired easily with a dab of white paint.

I photograph and print every image, I do not outsource any part of my workflow. Each canvas has been painstakingly crafted to ensure the true colours, resolution and texture are exactly as they should be.
