Original artwork description:

Like the other artworks in this portrait series, the shape of the puzzle is meant to depict the variables underlying the personality structure.

The woman depicted is presented with her two moods, the depressive and the manic state, separated by a single white space, which keeps away pieces that might fit together perfectly, indicating that, although there are two different ways to interact with the world, there is still one person at the base.

The lack of makeup, messy hair, and anhedonic face are the elements chosen to represent the so-called "down" phase, while barred eyes and mouth and excessive makeup are the elements chosen for the "up" phase.

The artwork will be sold with an MDF black frame and a plexiglas panel.

Size without frame: 59.4 x 42 cm (23,4 x 16,5 in)
Size including frame: 75 x 55 x 1,5 cm (29,5 x 21,7 x 0,6 in)

The artwork is hand-signed and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The framed artwork is ready to hang in a very protective package and shipped by traceable courier.

The usual shipping time outside the European Union is 15-20 working days, because a shipping document issued by Ufficio delle Belle Arti is required in order to get the artwork through customs.

Regarding shipments to EU this artwork will be packaged in a cardboard box, as for shipments to countries outside the EU it will be packaged in a wooden crate.
