The oil painting "Beloved" represents a woman in harmony with herself and with life in a larger perspective. She is confident and knows the importance of enjoying life here and now. The painting functions as a positive and harmonious affirmation to build one's own self-esteem in the face of all the challenges of life.

For many years I have drawn inspiration from the Viking age and female shamans, which later led me to portray more strong female role models such as Frida Kahlo and others. But also more everyday women have strengths that are worth highlighting. Beloved is such a woman who with her inner strengths and harmony illuminates the power of women. This painting is made by mixed media but is mostly created with oil. Only the gold field in the right middle part and some patterns in gold are painted with acrylic.

Oil and acrylic painting in figurative and contemporary style. The artwork is painted on high-quality stretched cotton canvas. In my paintings, I use only high-quality oil with a long drying time. And sometimes I combine it with acrylic. The sides are painted in the color of the painting. Each painting is signed on the front. Fits well into a modern or classic interior. Suitable for decorating living room, bedroom, kitchen, office, studio, cafe, or restaurant etc. Kindly note that not all in-context (in a room) pictures provide a true sense of scale of the artwork. CARDBOARD SHEETS: (Placed as an extra protective cover around the painting inside the box.

CRAFT PAPER: from recycled paper. If necessary, perfect as filling material so that the painting lay steady in the box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FROM SWEDEN:
International shipments may be subject to additional import taxes, custom duties or fees imposed by the destination country. Therefore all packages will be sent with Delivery Duties Paid which means that the sender pays for such costs/fees. Please note that in some cases such claims from the customs in the destination country may involve delays that are beyond the seller's control and responsibility.
