I offer a series of graphic sheets with ink. The complexity of their creation was not so much in the portrait resemblance, but in the method of execution. The ink was applied on one side and impregnated a sheet of paper, forming spots on the reverse side, an imprint. Connecting small and large spots of ink formed on the front side the image necessary for the artist, however, creating features that are not subject to change and are created by themselves. The process of work is very interesting, it fascinates! The artist does not touch the front side with the brush at all. Spots appear out of nowhere directing the viewer's eye and gradually leading him to what the artist wanted to say. The penetration of paint made visible the works of the artist.
The reverse side with which the artist worked and the front side where chance found its language.
Back side. The series of drawings is based on Plato's idea of "what we see and what we understand". We know that an ink stain is a mistake, but also on the example of these graphic works, the viewer can understand that any mistake in life can lead to a good result.
The author's ideas of how well we work on our inner self and what others see and understand about us as a result. How well we try to be better inside (work on the back side) and what we get as a result of communicating with the world (result on the front side of the sheet).
