Artist's description:

Photograph from my 2001 Burmese project
Burma is a country unafected by most civilisational currents. A place out of time where things are still in continuity with how they have been for centuries. This tree - itself hundreds of years old - is a living symbol and testimony to that.
The photography is from the northern area of the country, Hsipaw region specifically

Comes printed on highest quality Hahnemuhle paper in an extremely limited edition of 3 exemplars - each handsigned and numbered.
