A Papier mâché sculpture of a young woman walking through autumn leaves. This is the first in a series of sculptures depicting contemporary figures in everyday settings.
The figure is made entirely of paper - no wire in the armature, just paper. A little acrylic paint was used for skin tones, but all other colour and detail has been achieved using coloured tissue paper not paint.
Mounted on a wooden base, signed and dated on the bottom.
