Artwork description:

Winter in Scotland - Assynt lies in the far north of the Scottish Highlands where the skies are blue, clouds drift and yet time seems to stand still. It is a region of mountainous peaks and crystal clear lochs, a place where the heart sings and the soul is cleansed. This image was made on the most perfect afternoon, when the sun had just tipped over the horizon and was slanting across the peaks creating wonderful highlights on a soft blue background.

Limited Edition of 100 at 12 x 12 inches.
Available in larger sizes and on canvas.

This beautiful extra large Limited Edition print it one of only 10 available. It comes signed, numbered and titled at the bottom. I use wonderful Canson Photographique Rag 300gsm paper which has the most fabulous silky texture and holds colour for a lifetime. Canson have been making paper for over 450 years and their paper was used by Picasso, Ingres, Miro and Warhol to name but a few. The inks I use are state-of-the-art non fade Epson Ultrachrome K3 with Vivid Magenta.

Your print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and is prepared with a generous white border to make it easy to mount. The print is carefully wrapped in acid free tissue then shipped rolled in a sturdy art tube.

I am very particular about printing! Unlike many photographers, I print all my own work so that I remain in control of the art from concept to delivery. If you have any questions please get in touch for a chat.

Also available on canvas, contact me for details or see other listings.
