Inspired by this coronavirus quarantine period!
When we are anxious and in our heads we have a whirlwind of negative thoughts, the tool to bring the mind from a state of continuous movement to one of calm is the MANTRA.
Then we visualize positive images and words and repeat in our mind or out loud. EVERYTHING WILL BE ALL RIGHT
It probably won't protect us from the virus, but immune defenses increase if we are more relaxed ;-)
