Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

'Alice Used To Be An Angel...' is an original ink drawing on hand stained paper measuring 200mm x 300mm in size ... I stain the paper myself and it gives a beautiful golden tannin look which is a gorgeous base for my pencil and ink work.
I work in tiny details with tiny nibs and ink giving layers of detail and lots to look at within a work.
I'm loving doing my female studies just now and this one is loosely based on 'Alice In Wonderland'. The title came about as I thought about Alice and all her adventures and I concluded after her trip she may not have been the angel she was before entering the madness....who would be... her halo is disappearing before our very eyes.
