The gate stands open, albeit in a slovenly way. But this is a slovenly Spring. The blackthorn blooms a good month behind and I find my garden frosted each morning. And yet perhaps only tomorrow, the gate will spring upon the greyhound in his trap and his flight will astound us.
This is an original relief print pulled from engravings cut in rubber. The complete edition is 7 prints only. The sheet is 10½ x 15 inches (263x381mm) and the image is 6½ x 9½ inches (165x241mm). I can trim the sheet to a particular size if you would like. Please feel free to contact me to put a question or make a remark.
