Original artwork description:

A commission for an original 12" x 16" watercolor and ink painting of a French Chateau and the surrounding grounds. The bride and groom are holding hands and dancing in the courtyard.
Three musicians and a few guests are in the courtyard as well. This chateau has a pond, paths and gorgeous trees, the paths are lined with softly colored roses and flowers are layered in front of the fountain.
Italian cypress on the left and deciduous trees on the right. Statues are on either side of the green lawn. Turrets with copper roofs frame the scene beautifully.
Careful attention has been given to the play of light and shadow over the whole scene.
This painting has the feeling of a fresh, lovely summer day in France!
