432 Hz connects us to the Earth and allows us to synchronise our heartbeats with that of our planet, creating a sense of grounding and connection. A moment in the day to sit back and focus on the colours and how it makes you feel. The red makes you feel grounded yet energetic, and the green gives you a sense of calm and connectedness.
My ultimate goal is to combine psychology with my art to help individuals achieve a more positive outlook.
