"Rainy sketches(on jazz)-XI" by Stanislav Bojankov

“Eroticism is one of the oldest themes in history, visual arts, poetry, drama, music. Each artist in different periods of their development explored this theme, showing their ideas, visions, concepts and artistic gestures. Of course with varying degrees of success, because it is not only timeless but also a very difficult topic. This watercolour is part of my "erotic"series that interprets the theme in a warm and expressive way that would like to share with the audience.”

"Fire's clash - Original abstract painting, oil on canvas, 2015" by Davide De Palma

“The contrast of warm colours to cool colours, such as the combination of a complex personality, the antipodes united in a single image. I express in my paintings, the contrast of the energies of nature, which are able to co-exist, giving the nature, the balance. The fluidity of water against the irreverence of the fire.”

"Casta Diva, 2016" by Marina Kim

“This painting was literally dictated to me by the soft and powerful voice of a singer. Music was pouring into my room and unusual lines and figures were being created under my pens and brushes. The synergy of forms and lines was created to contemplate for a long time and to find new images and associations. And at the same time it can be perceived as more abstract, a thin web of plastic lines and light colours.”

"This is not a piece of pie, 2015" by katy hawk

“"I want to astonish Paris with an apple," Paul Cezanne once said. This simple statement has stayed with me, no matter where art had taken me. In art school, there was a strong compulsion to make art 'say something'. Then there is the real, the essence, the simplicity that is the translation of the world around us. I present, "This is not a piece of pie"”

""Sweet Escapes", 2016" by Tamara Bettencourt

“It was created with the actual title in mind, "Sweet Escapes" I sometimes find a title for a piece first, and then use the title for inspiration for the painting. This is what a "Sweet Escape" looks like to me. The colours are soft, relaxing, and soothing, just like a vacation to somewhere tropical should be.”
