    A perfusion of bluebells in May.

    I discovered these old bluebell woods on a walk in May the other side of Gasper in Wiltshire.This area is the Penslewood valley and it’s where the three counties of Somerset,Wiltshire and North Dorset meet. A special place to keep coming back too for the history,trees,colours and flowers.

    Buttercup meadows near Purn Mill -Constable countryside.

    In an idylic setting near an old mill once painted by Sir John Constable is a meadow full of buttercups .I stood in amongst them in the warm sunshine and felt wonderful.All this near where I live in North Dorset.

    Taking in this framed scene going through to a woodland and meadow full of early summer flowers and grasses.I so inspired here and I can see this view very far back from my attic bedroom window in Shaftesbury-North Dorset.This is the walk coming back called Thomas Hardy trails.
