    Today was an exciting day as I was asked by the team at Fired Earth tile and paint shop if I would demonstrate a marble Christmas tile workshop. We used the circular tiles and the ladies that came created expressive Christmas scenes. I hope I get asked again by the Fired Earth team to demonstrate again in the future,

    The loose patterns of nature

    I am using my Japanese mop squirrel hair brush and applying a mixture of pink and purple that I have made with the three colours, ultra marine, permanent rose and cadmium yellow hue. In this short wet on wet watercolour demonstration for my YouTube and instagram etc I demonstrate my brushwork, colour mixing and my flower patterns. I love this process and it is gradual and I find it very relaxing.
