The colours on my mixing plate

The colours on my mixing plate

I love Oak trees and this beauty was inspired by the Old oaks at King Stag in the idyllic countryside of North Dorset. I used a three colour technique and wanted to capture as it was a hot Summers day in late August 2025 and I saw it in a ploughed field with dried golden grasses around it. Painted after the experience of seeing it in the Art Garden Studio.
