After completing post graduation from Painting department M.S.U. Baroda, in 2010, I am painting stories of people and various aspects that frame human life. Each individual painting is intended to build up a specific atmosphare unique to the particular work. Parallel to figurative compositions, subject of painting includes portraits, and gestural stories of our existence. Stories are that which is beyond parallels. There is only you. All is you pushed out. Your body is the vehicle and love is the way. I work with oil paints, because it offers a mat finish, and a wide range of possibilities. Larger works are made in a meditative improvisation of a specific state. Usually I start with an idea and live in it for a long period of time, even when I am doing things other than painting. The smaller canvases I paint are meant to catch the spirit of a subject in a brief moment. It is the composition that decides the size of the painting. I have been exhibiting my works with various galleries and selling them from physical exhibitions since 2009, I was looking for an online platform that can introduce my works to a larger spectator. Looking at various artists Artfinder has, it inspired me with the quality of artworks. I am presenting here a body of composition works, and portraits.
