Artwork description:

Zinnias are one of my very favorite flowers. They're bright and colorful. And big. And keep on blooming all summer. I'm growing my seedlings now. In this zinnia image, I've offset the colorful blooms with a blue background because it reminds me of a summer day.

I drew the image onto linoleum, carved it out, printed it onto white printing paper, and colored it in with watercolor and gouache.
