Artist's description:

Congratulations to you, on a good day, a smile at a stranger, a hug to your neighbour, a vase of yellow roses celebrates life!

WHAT IS A LINOCUT?: a 6 color linocut print reduction, this means that as I am printing the very short edition of 10 prints I cut away areas to keep the colour I just printed.
It is a bit of a head game, you have to think very carefully, and register the colors correctly, that is, for each color, you ink up the lino and take it through the press, that means the paper and plate has to be exactly positioned every time. A bit crazy, but by far my most favorite printmaking technique! When I am done, the plate is unusable, and I only save it as proof of it being mine. You can join over 60.000 viewers on Youtube, to see how a reduction print is made and printed by me, go to and search under my name to watch a whole gang of printmaking movies. Some of them are in the "me at work" section of my shop.
All my lino prints are printed by me, printmaking is my big love!

SIZE: I have printed my vase of roses in contemporary colors, nice turquoise vase and a soft yellow flowers.
The printmaking paper is a warm white beautiful piece of Canson Edition.
the image measures 8" x 12" (20 cm x 30 cm)
and paper is 10" x 14". (25 cm x 36 cm)
I have signed and numbered the print.
Please note, you might not receive the number in the photo.

SHIPPING: I'll mail it to you protected by tissuepaper and a cellophane sleeve so it arrives safely (see my reviews). It comes with a flier explaining what a lino reduction is. If it is a gift, let me know and I'll giftwrap!
Thank you for looking in my shop, and welcome back.
