It is even surprising that in the central part of Chernihiv, near the river Strizhen, you can still find such picturesque secluded courtyards with old houses. This autumn (2022) I walked around many small streets of Chernihiv and came across such wonderful corners of the city. I try to paint these old houses while they still exist. I understand that over time there are fewer and fewer of these old nooks.
