Worms head on the Gower Peninsular can only be reached at low tide by scrambling over rocks at the bottom of the cliffs. You get about four hours on the headland before the tide comes in and cuts you off. We camped on the headland as sea scouts to get more time to explore the 'Blow Hole' that runs through the outer clifftop.
