This original gabbro sculpture on gabbro stand is one of the latest artworks of the skillful professional Bulgarian sculptor Rasho Mitev, deeply inspired by postmodernism, minimalism and gravity defying art. It has beautiful authentic natural charm, mixed with the unique artist's organic abstract style. Gabbro is a dense black, mafic intrusive rock. It is often found along mid-ocean ridges or in ancient mountains composed of compressed and uplifted oceanic crust.
