When I walked into this Courtyard in Soave last month, near Verona, Italy, it was a real wow factor. No paints but I had my trusty sketchpad. I have now finally got to paint it and what wonderful memories it brought back with the gorgeous massive wisteria in full bloom.
The painting uses top quality permanent, non fade watercolour pigments on heavyweight rag paper.
The image size is 13 x 17 inches. I normally frame this size in a ready made standard 16 x 20 in frame available in several stores.
