I start painting this piece in early 2020, I finalize it February 2022. For some reason, some paintings need longer time to get out, to be painted how they want. Is like a soul trapped in an idea.
I don't remember what trigger this image, but I remember the feeling of it. The beauty of a cold winter night, when you can smell the snow and the ice; the moon reflections on the snow starts making everything around infinite, watery, wonderland and magic. The moonlight is an invitation for dreaming, wanting to be caught in the mystery and the magical wonders.

If you prefer not paying for the shipment, I can remove the canvas from the stretcher, roll it up and ship it in a tube. When you are in the possession of the rolled canvas, you'll need to have it remounted on wood stretcher at a framing store. If so, please contact me.
