Original artwork description:

Despite the dense evergreens around this cottage, this is a cheerful painting with a little red cottage in the clearing and a decorated Christmas tree outside it and the thick snow, in places lit up by bright light from the sky. This is not a Christmas painting, as you have to look carefully to see the decorated tree, but a painting about the beauty of snow on a winter day.
The piece is not framed, but I have painted the edges with the background colour so it can be hung on the wall without framing, if wished.
