The Swan represents grace and beauty on many levels. It is associated with love, poetry and music. The swan was sacred to Venus, the love goddess in Roman mythology. In Celtic tradition the Swan represents the Soul, our eternal essence. The Swan is one of the most ancient and powerful power animals. Swans mate for life. When choosing a mate mutual bill dipping or head-to-head posturing are involved. They are dedicated partners. This is represented in the painting above and the painting is a symbol of eternal love . The flowers that surround graceful beautiful swans are fire orange , symbol of passion and vigor.
Artist masterfully represented a whole array of colourful hues while painting white feathers in the shadows . The artwork almost glows with beautiful combinations of colours. Such work not only will brighten up your room , but also your soul and spirit .
