This work is part of a project by Artfinder artists called 'One Scene Many Views' - an exciting to see our different responses to the same subject, in this case a view of the Guernsey coast line taken by JIll Griffin.
My piece is painted on a natural linen canvas panel using acrylic inks and a smidge of sparkle. The addition of silver ink make the image shimmer and glow as the light changes throughout the day and depending on the viewer's angle. I hope I have managed to capture the drama of the scene whilst giving it that sparkle that only comes as a perfect day ends and the sun provides a last dance before the moon rises to replace it.
Ready to frame as you wish.
