abstract representation of the wooden wave breakers that line our shores, designed to take the force out of the ocean and prevent erosion of the coast line. Todays coastal environment is constantly under threat and we have used these sea defences for hundreds of years. The battering from storms and raging seas takes their toll but it is amazing how long many of these have survived.
This print continues my fascination with the coast.
