The painting depicts this truck waiting for full harvest so that the produce can be taken to market. I was inspired by the sides of the truck that have weathered wood panels and the red finish of the ruck that is showing its age with rust spots. The landscape beyond is a familiar image to me of the Mesilla Valley in New Mexico.
This painting is framed in a wood frame with wire for hanging.
