This is a net mesh screen print created via a handmade frame using off-cut netting. The image has been printed using a stencil and black acrylic ink squeegeed trhough the netting, forming the image. It has been printed on an acrylic painted background.
The image is inspired by stencil art like those created by Banksy. Here I have changed the placard to VOTE to highlight the political aspect of this image.

Acrylic paint on mixed media paper.
