Casual things can look different through the macro-lens… Just let your imagination fly.
This is a macro photograph of tangerine juice sacs on a blue plate. I find tangerine tastier if it is cleaned from the film. And I think they also look more interesting when peeled. And I also like the shadow that reminds me of Calcifer, a fire demon in "Howl's Moving Castle" (cartoon by Hayao Miyazaki). When I noticed this, I couldn't resist taking a picture.
The photo is printed (Giclée) in a limited edition of 25 using fine-art photo paper from Hahnemuhle and 12 colour inks from Canon. Each photo is signed and has a certificate. The actual size of the picture is 40 to 56 cm.
