This is part of the Dashavatar series- VARAHA AVATARA.

Dashavatara refers to the ten avatars of Vishnu, the Hindu god of preservation. Vishnu is said to descend in form of an avatar to restore cosmic order.

Varaha (boar) is the 3 rd Avatar of the Hindu god Vishnu in the Dashavatara. When the demon Hiranyaksha stole the earth and hid her in the primordial waters, Varaha slee the demon and retrieved the earth from the ocean lifting it in his tusk.

Please note Variations in colour of the screen are technically possible. Since all the prints are handmade it may include variation in the print.
