Seagulls are known for catching people unaware, particularly if they are carrying chips, pasties, ice creams, etc. And this print shows that sometimes you can catch a seagull unawares - like for instance if it's standing on your Velux, at the reflective time of day which is twilight (in this case). Not that you'd probably doing anything more than look at it from this interesting and unexpected angle.
