Artist's description:

A rectangular acrylic painting on canvas inspired by my love of waterfalls and coastal storms. It does not aim to represent a particular place, but is influenced by my various travels over the years through the landscapes of Scotland and central Europe- and one particular February, when I spent a week in a small fishing village in Cornwall, experiencing some memorable winterstorms!
It's painted on canvas stretched over a wooden frame, using professional artist quality acrylics in shades of turquoise, raw and burnt umber, white, Mars black, ultramarine, violet and Van Dyke red. It's completed with one coat of varnish for protection; the edges of the canvas have been painted white.
The painting is initialled in the lower right hand corner, and labelled/ signed in full on the back. It is unframed, and there are picture hooks and string on the reverse, so it's ready to hang. The painting will be carefully wrapped, and sent tracked and insured with a reputable carrier; a Certificate of Authenticity can be enclosed with the painting if requested.
